## Core Position

Vindaris is built to find execution risk: the gap between a goal and the effort, resources and focus actually pointed at it. You map strategy, goals, KPIs, projects and tasks around your teams and people, then integrate the tools where work happens. The Work Graph connects it all and flags where effort has drifted from priorities, so a KPI that cannot be reached at the current pace is visible long before a review. It is goal-syntax-agnostic: bring OKRs, KPIs, OGSM, EOS Rocks, SMART goals, Balanced Scorecard, or any hybrid structure.

- **Traceable work**: Work items explicitly linked to the goal, metric, KPI, or risk they are meant to move. Every work item connects to the outcome it should drive.
- **Goal syntax**: Whatever framework an organization uses to express its targets. Vindaris supports all of them.
- **Effort-to-outcome**: The line connecting work being done to the outcome it is meant to produce. Vindaris compares them and surfaces where the link breaks.
- **Accountable alignment**: Alignment with single owners, clear bandwidth, and traceable contribution.
- **Single ownership**: Every goal has exactly one accountable owner. Contributors are explicit and separate.
- **The Do-Not list**: An explicit list of initiatives the organization has chosen not to pursue. Strategy made honest.
