Granola sits between raw transcription and a written summary, which is exactly the level where decisions are legible. Vindaris reads them for the two things that move a strategy: what was decided, and who agreed to do something.
Vindaris polls for the latest notes when an API key is configured, and accepts pushed notes where polling is not available.
A leadership call often produces one decision and no tasks. Extraction is tuned for that, because a decision can invalidate a whole branch of the plan.
Where someone agreed to do something, the item is proposed as tracked work with that person suggested as the owner.
Each proposal arrives with the objective it most likely touches, so accepting it puts the outcome straight onto the graph.
