The Connect plan adds up to 10 users and all integrations with unlimited sync - connecting Vindaris to tools like Jira, Microsoft Planner, Google Tasks, or HubSpot - starting at EUR 10 per user per month, and the Pro plan removes the user cap.

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan is not a trial - it is a permanent tier with no expiration date. You can manage your full strategy, goals, and native work items inside Vindaris at no cost, for as long as you like.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you downgrade from Connect or Pro to Free, your integrations will pause but all your data, goals, and history are preserved. You will not lose anything.

Where is my data stored?

All data is hosted exclusively in Germany on Hetzner infrastructure in Nuremberg (DE-NBG). No data leaves the EU. We are fully GDPR-compliant. Read more on our Security page and GDPR page.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Annual billing is available at a discounted rate (equivalent to 2 months free). You can switch to annual billing in your workspace billing settings at any time.
